The shower closure leaked (i'm annoyed). The room was VERY noisy. I could hear traffic and noises from other rooms. The staff didn't seem to care when I reported a bag of snacks missing from the luggage room.

The location proved convenient with easy access to the metro (a short walk, really). soundproofing worked well despite the busy road outside. i was happy to see a balcony attached to my room. It came as a pleasant, unexpected surprise! the staff were pleasant too.

The restaurant impressed me with a simple menu with a daily special at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a large selection.
