the staff stored my bags, i arrived from an early morning flight! the staff also had my room ready. they called a taxi for me when i was ready to leave. the staff were friendly and professional.

The cleanliness wasn't up to par at all. Towels weren't changed and were often refolded while dirty. i found that the pillow and the pillowcase were dirty when i arrived and checked in, so they probably weren't changed. housekeeping does little to keep shampoos and toiletries restocked daily.
