The location is central. shops and restaurants are easily accessible, made exploring simple. i appreciated the early check-in. It allowed me to prepare without rushing. packing tape and scissors were available, which i needed, and was a thoughtful touch.

I appreciated the helpful staff, especially at the front desk and concierge, they provided packing tape and scissors when needed. the location was great. I walked easily to stores and restaurants on high street and serendra. breakfast was included, but since i had an early flight, the hotel packed fruits and pastries for the airport. I liked this gesture.
