Mediocre experience. Needs improvement
noisy air conditioning leaking water
the air conditioning was a problem. it kept running even when i switched it off, and it was quite NOISY. also, the rain shower leaked cold water, unpleasant. the staff should address these issues to improve guest Comfort.

the room size was adequate for my needs a spacious room indeed. i appreciated the convenient location close to chinatown and lau pa sat. the rainfall shower was a notable feature i enjoyed it a lot

Really good Staff and Central Location
amazing staff tasty selection
The staff showed amazing initiative at every turn. The breakfast had a very tasty, diverse selection. The central location close to everything was valuable!
The gym seemed a waste of space and the bar was unusually small. I thought the rooftop didn't have a suitable vibe!

The hotel's location proved excellent, especially with its proximity to nearby attractions. It offered easy access to main areas and was near the financial district, it was wonderfully quiet after business hours.

I found the pool and its bar to be amazing and the music was really nice. The pool bar offered a relaxed setting. The 007 theme created a fun atmosphere.

Okay stay, some issues present
food court great water refill great pillow musty room high humidity heating problem
The hotel is next to the Lau Pa Sat food court. I found that the dining experience was amazing, only 50 meters away. The shower worked great. Staff provided a water refill upon request and pillows were satisfactory.
The rooms smelled musty because of the humidity. The air conditioning in the first room increased in heat during the night. I would wake up SWEATING. I moved rooms. The air conditioning was stuck on 16 degrees.

hawker hall quiet balance rooftop pool artistic decor
The location was amazing! i stepped right out onto the lau pa sat market and it was so fun in the evenings. It was also pretty quiet during the day, a great balance. the rooftop pool area. was fantastic and the qt beautiful king room was quiet and comfortable. i really loved the decor of the hotel. It's very artistic.
The front desk staff during check-in seemed a bit stern. They were not super cute which was a little disappointing.

the hotel boasts a rooftop pool alongside a bar. i noted that the pool area includes about 20 loungers offering both sun and shade. there are also tea and coffee makers in the rooms which adds convenience.

The staff displayed helpfulness and politeness. i found them efficient in their duties. they were ready to assist guests with a cute atmosphere. It made my stay seamless
