Okay stay, some issues present

The hotel is next to the Lau Pa Sat food court. I found that the dining experience was amazing, only 50 meters away. The shower worked great. Staff provided a water refill upon request and pillows were satisfactory.
The rooms smelled musty because of the humidity. The air conditioning in the first room increased in heat during the night. I would wake up SWEATING. I moved rooms. The air conditioning was stuck on 16 degrees.

The location was amazing! i stepped right out onto the lau pa sat market and it was so fun in the evenings. It was also pretty quiet during the day, a great balance. the rooftop pool area. was fantastic and the qt beautiful king room was quiet and comfortable. i really loved the decor of the hotel. It's very artistic.
The front desk staff during check-in seemed a bit stern. They were not super cute which was a little disappointing.

the hotel boasts a rooftop pool alongside a bar. i noted that the pool area includes about 20 loungers offering both sun and shade. there are also tea and coffee makers in the rooms which adds convenience.

The staff displayed helpfulness and politeness. i found them efficient in their duties. they were ready to assist guests with a cute atmosphere. It made my stay seamless
