the washer and dryer were so convenient i packed super light. the walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom? amazing, seriously! the rice cooker was a nice addition in the apartment. i enjoyed it

the hotel is near several great food places. staff offered use of the facilities to freshen up before my international flight. i found the location very convenient to chinatown and the bay. it was easy to get the mrt, bus or a grab.
the hotel has non-smoking rooms, but i could smell smoking every night. poor sound-proofing was noticeable. i could hear other guests' conversations and chairs being moved. it impacted my relaxation.

The room was OK, but I found A LOT of noise at night. I could clearly hear people talking loudly in adjacent rooms. the breakfast service felt disorganized. The staff seemed understaffed during peak hours. It was often difficult to find a clean table or get someone's attention for coffee refills. The wait times IMPACTED my schedule each morning.

the location was excellent! close proximity to train stations, chinatown, and buses was super convenient. i found the apartment clean and spacious. i would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area for the first time.
the air conditioning in my room would not set at my desired temperature. this made the room slightly uncomfortable at times. there was also little to no service available at the pool bar.

The room was spacious and well equipped and even had its own washing machine, a perk.
The front desk was slow. I called multiple times around 2:30 p.m. to request ice but no one picked up until after 3:00 p.m. This took way too long. There were communication issues too.
