The location was superb near the raffles place train station. i found shopping centres and food courts nearby. This made it easy to grab necessities. the east-west line offers direct airport access. the staff provided professional and helpful assistance .

the room felt a bit small. it may be better suited for shorter stays rather than long holidays for large groups. i would likely recommend a different branch for longer trips.

The elevators require a key card, which could be slightly inconvenient.
