thin windows disruptive sound
The location was indeed central , making it easy to explore the city.
I found the noise from the nearby square quite disruptive. It continued late into the night. The thin windows did little to block out the sound , and I struggled to get a decent night's sleep because of it.

Excellent Location and Charming Hotel!
central location helpful staff
The location was excellent for exploring. All major attractions were within walking distance. The staff were very helpful. They quickly addressed any questions. I also appreciated how clean the entire place was! Breakfast had many options. There was fresh bread every day.
The soundproofing in my room was not great. I could hear noise from the piazza at night. This made it difficult to sleep, especially with the restaurant nearby.

The triple room was spacious. It provided enough space for luggage. The bathroom included essential toiletries. It also featured fresh towels daily. The air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. This included Italian pastries and sliced meats. Fresh fruit and cheeses were available. There were also eggs and bacon. The coffee was fantastic. It provided a great start to the day.

The hotel offers valet parking. This helped a lot since it is located in the ZTL. There is a taxi stand nearby. It is only 10 steps from the hotel entrance. The hotel has historical decorations. They create a golden age of travel atmosphere.

decent experience
great location amazing staff smiley face noise issue broken window room temperature
the location is quite good, right in the center.. the staff was amazing, especially the breakfast team. breakfast was beautiful, and i loved the cappuccinos. they were delivered with a little smiley face.
i found a serious noise issue in room 415 due to plumbing from adjacent rooms. it interrupted my sleep at night. the temperature in the room was centrally controlled. the window in the room was broken, i could not open it.
