elisa greeted me so kindly upon my arrival. she helped me check in and showed me to my room with such warmth. the hotel's location was convenient, right next to the train station. this.
The noise levels did bother me at times . i found it difficult to get fresh air while i slept. opening the door allowed too much noise to come in. Closing it meant the air conditioning didn't work properly, resulting in restless nights.

The location was convenient, very close to public transport.
The room smelled bad, probably from cleaning chemicals. The walls were thin, so I hear noise, I was not able to relax. This stay felt too expensive for what it was.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. This made transportation very easy. The staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. I liked seeing the manager assisting with breakfast (this ensured food was restocked quickly).
The toilet in my room had a plumbing smell. This made the room unpleasant at times. I was not informed about a shared balcony prior to my arrival. A person looked in on me while I was changing (this was very uncomfortable).

The room I was assigned was quite small I barely had space for my luggage I expected more room. The air conditioning was not effective it struggled to cool the space adequately I found it difficult to sleep comfortably because of this. the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear they could use some maintenance.
