FANTASTIC Experience!
attentive staff honeymoon care best cappuccino
The staff was attentive. They immediately ordered taxis and made restaurant recommendations. They worked hard to make my honeymoon special. The breakfast was VERY nice and the staff members were AMAZING!!! The café area had the best cappuccinos. I enjoyed every part of my stay.

The sauna was empty. I used it every time I went. The underground parking is available for 30 euros. This is a great convenience considering its central location and the limited street parking.

The hotel's location is very central. It is in a safe area. It's close to all shopping. Local restaurants are within walking distance. The Duomo is very close too.

My room included a comfortable bed. The shower was great. I also had a very nice balcony. The complimentary mini bar was a good touch. It kept me feeling refreshed throughout my stay.

stylish stay in a prime location
freitag bag helpful staff bianco room
i stayed in the medium bianco room. the room included a freitag bag for use . i found the staff to be very accommodating and nice (sebastian was particularly helpful upon arrival).
the hallways had stained carpets and seemed a bit unclean. the elevators also had a noticeable odor and lacked cleanliness.

the hotel is located in the city center. it is very close to landmarks (i walked to the duomo). this central location made it very easy to access restaurants and stores.

i enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. the hotel offers options for various diets (vegan and gluten-free items). the bar also served expertly made craft cocktails.

Mixed feelings about my stay
The breakfast had a GOOD selection of items.
The room felt quite dark. The red and black decor was a bit overwhelming and didn't create a relaxing atmosphere. I REALLY prefer more natural light.

limited variety luggage service
The hotel's location WAS good, with access to many sites.
The breakfast lacked variety. Options were VERY limited. Staff did not offer luggage service. I had to move my luggage by myself through the restaurant area since the lift did not go directly to the carpark area.

i enjoyed the location of the hotel. it was close to many attractions i wanted to see (especially the duomo!). the staff were helpful in providing directions.
The lighting in the room was dim. it made it difficult to read or work (even with all the lights on!). the breakfast was basic. There were not many options.
