the staff was very nice! they were consistently helpful and always had a smile. the breakfast room was a real treat, i especially liked the terrace. i really appreciated the coffee, tea, and water available at all hours.
the noise from the street was a little bothersome at night. earplugs definitely helped, but quieter windows would improve the experience.

The location was really good. I found myself mere steps from iconic landmarks. My upgraded room was spacious. The staff showed immense kindness (they helped with every request). I especially appreciated the included bottles of water.
The elevator was small. It only fit two people comfortably.

The hotel enjoys a superb location, steps away from the main train station and the duomo. the reception staff greeted me warmly and remained helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, croissants, and cake available all day. It was a lovely touch. the valet parking (since nothing else makes sense in this area) proved very convenient.
i noticed that some of the doors are older and use manual keys, which can be a bit noisy when operating them.

I appreciated the central location. It made it easy to walk to main attractions and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed having hot drinks available anytime.
The hotel was surrounded by scaffolding. Builders started working early each day. The breakfast was not great. The hot food was barely warm and the selection was unlike the photos.
