i found the staff very helpful and kind. they promptly allowed early check-in and were attentive to requests. the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day. the room was very clean and spacious!
The room i stayed in had quite small shower. It was a bit of a squeeze.

The breakfast offered a good variety, including croissants worth trying. The breakfast staff even made amazing cappuccinos. happy hour included a complimentary drink and snacks were available in the bar area. it was all amazing!!!

the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for travellers. major attractions are only 10-15 minutes away, and there are great restaurants nearby. i not sketchy at all at night.

the location was really convenient to the train station and other sights. i found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations. i also took advantage of the complimentary baggage storage after checkout which was really useful.
the bathroom was small and the shower was particularly cramped. it made it difficult to move around comfortably during showers.

my stay wasnt exactly smooth. i had a double or twin room, but it felt more like a single. the room was rather small, i had difficulties moving with my luggage. also, the staff attitude wasn't the best, they weren't as attentive when i asked for help with my luggage. i was hoping for a better experience.
