the room was spotlessly clean. the location provided convenient access to the train station and city sights. the staff stored my bags before check-in allowing me to explore more.

helpful staff delicious breakfast
i found the staff very helpful and kind. they promptly allowed early check-in and were attentive to requests. the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day. the room was very clean and spacious!
The room i stayed in had quite small shower. It was a bit of a squeeze.

The breakfast offered a good variety, including croissants worth trying. The breakfast staff even made amazing cappuccinos. happy hour included a complimentary drink and snacks were available in the bar area. it was all amazing!!!

the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for travellers. major attractions are only 10-15 minutes away, and there are great restaurants nearby. i not sketchy at all at night.

great location near the train station
convenient location helpful staff baggage storage
the location was really convenient to the train station and other sights. i found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations. i also took advantage of the complimentary baggage storage after checkout which was really useful.
the bathroom was small and the shower was particularly cramped. it made it difficult to move around comfortably during showers.

the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. it had daily service. we had a quadruple room with enough space for our family to sleep comfortably .

small room inattentive staff
my stay wasnt exactly smooth. i had a double or twin room, but it felt more like a single. the room was rather small, i had difficulties moving with my luggage. also, the staff attitude wasn't the best, they weren't as attentive when i asked for help with my luggage. i was hoping for a better experience.
