tiny shower small room
the room was far too small. it was so small i couldn't fit my charger in as the table was near the socket. the staff had to get an extension cord. the shower was tiny also, far too small.

slow elevator inadequate soundproofing
The elevator was quite slow. This caused some delays at peak times. The room I booked, a Classic Double, felt smaller than I anticipated. I found the soundproofing inadequate. Street noise was noticeable at night, which somewhat disrupted my sleep.

great selection quiet area
the breakfast had a great selection. the tube station was a very short walk. it was easy to get around, and i liked the quiet area. decor was also new.
i found the staff weren't very service oriented.

adequate stay but with issues
my room was smaller than expected i had booked a classic double. the breakfast service was slow. there was a queue for coffee and a shortage of seating the restaurant was often crowded.

The location was great. It was close to the subway. The staff are very professional and helpful. My bedroom upgrade was nice. I liked the breakfast room and the food. The bed was very comfortable. It felt newly updated and clean.
The rooms are small. I expected small, being central, but it was smaller still.
