great selectionquiet area
the breakfast had a great selection. the tube station was a very short walk. it was easy to get around, and i liked the quiet area. decor was also new.
i found the staff weren't very service oriented.

my room was smaller than expected i had booked a classic double. the breakfast service was slow. there was a queue for coffee and a shortage of seating the restaurant was often crowded.

The location had an m&s food store nearby, it was very convenient. the lobby featured a beautiful design and dining area. i was able to leave my luggage before check-in. This was very useful.

The location was great. It was close to the subway. The staff are very professional and helpful. My bedroom upgrade was nice. I liked the breakfast room and the food. The bed was very comfortable. It felt newly updated and clean.
The rooms are small. I expected small, being central, but it was smaller still.
