broken ac no hot water
The breakfast selection was acceptable with enough options to start the day.
I had requested a quiet room before arrival. They seemed to ignore that. I got a room with a broken AC and heating unit. The temperature was unbearable, and I couldn't turn it off, resulting in a terrible night. The next morning, there was NO hot water!

Excellent Stay, A Charmed Experience!
helpful staff convenient location
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were always helpful and super nice. The location proved convenient because of the proximity to transportation and dining. I felt safe walking around the area at night. I appreciated the excellent service and the convenient location.
My room wasn't very clean. There was dust, limestone, and blight present. I also noticed hair in the sink upon arrival.

breakfast was really good there was a full buffet i liked that the hotel allowed guests to take food away if needed the rooms felt spacious too

cold corridor poor dining experience
The corridors to the rooms were exposed to the outside. It was freezing. the dining experience at breakfast was not great, although the food was ok. i did not enjoy walking to the room.
