Quiet Location Near the Tube

I have stayed three times now and appreciate its location a bit outside the center. It's a short tube ride away. The area remains quiet. Separate access to the building is convenient, as you don't need to walk through the main pub area. The food downstairs was AMAZING!!!
The room was dusty, needing a really good clean. One side of the bed was worn, with a massive dip in the mattress. We were promised towels that didn't materialise until our last day.

I found the staff to be very helpful when I arrived. The room had all the extras one could need. I received a discount on food and drink from the pub downstairs. It was also a short walk to the station.
The room did not look like the photos on the website.

Convenient Stay NEAR transportation
train station large bottle great portion
The location was convenient for my plans. It was very close to the train station, a real plus. I liked the large bottle of water, tea, and coffee in the room. Having a sharing roast on Sunday was a great choice. It was a huge portion and very good value.
The chair upholstery had some stains, noticeable.

Ravenscourt Park metro station is about 3 minutes from the hotel. Hammersmith station can be reached in approximately 11 minutes. A bus stop is directly in front of the building, offering additional transport options, it IS very useful.

The hotel features a traditional pub and restaurant on the ground floor. Discounts are available to residents on all food and drinks. The roast dinner is especially generous. I liked the good value.

The staff were very cute, cordial, and accommodating, they are young people. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. The manager was professional.

friendly staff underground station great atmosphere single pane cold shower cold room
the staff were super friendly and very helpful! the pub downstairs had such a great atmosphere. it was really close to the ravenspark underground station, super convenient for getting around.
the window in my room didn't close properly and it was only single pane, so there was lots of noise. the shower wasn't very warm it was more like lukewarm. the room was so cold it felt uncomfortable.

missing radiator stained carpet
I noticed some shortcomings . The bathroom lacked a radiator. It was quite cold. The windows did not seem properly sealed, and I felt a chilly breeze. The carpet also showed noticeable stains, suggesting a need for better maintenance.

helpful staff excellent location lovely pub missing toilet brush unavailable glasses absent heating
the staff offered travel advice, which i found quite helpful. the location was excellent (very convenient for getting around). the pub attached to the hotel had a lovely feel. i really enjoyed having a meal there.
the room lacked a toilet brush, inconvenient. i also found no glasses were available to drink from. the heating was off all night (it was quite cold).
