Charming Stay Close to Portobello Road

I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location very close to the famous Portobello Road. They were kind and attentive. The hot coco was a sweet and unexpected touch with turn-down service. Beds are comfortable and the shower was fantastic!
The AC in my room was quite loud. I had to turn it off after just 5 minutes.

The room had a sumptuous, very large bed that was super comfy. I found great attention to detail in the decor. The room included a roll-top bath, and I very much loved the bookcase secret area.

This hotel is in a quiet area very close to Portobello Market. I found it simple to use the public transport close by. It is located near Nottinghale Gate Station, with Circle, Central, and District Lines.

the location is superb for exploring notting hill. portobello road market is just a short walk. notting hill gate tube station is less than ten minutes by foot. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly .
the honesty bar did lack some popular spirit options (this may be due to restocking schedules).

The room I had was not good. It was located in the basement, and felt damp and dark. The room did not resemble the photos online. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

I stayed in a good room with a fantastic view of the garden. the location was superb and only a short walk to the underground station. the decor of this boutique hotel is beautiful. It felt very cosy and personal. the staff were friendly and cute.
the shower in my room was super tiny and difficult to maneuver in. also, there was no shampoo or conditioner available, inconvenient. it would have been a better stay with these minor adjustments

The room lacked sufficient illumination. Even with every light fixture operational, the room remained shadowy. The breakfast setup also needs attention. The lounge area seemed far too small for the number of guests and a tiny side table was the only space I had to eat.
