loud noise no furniture
the room had good quality towels.
the kitchen hood made a loud noise at night, even when closed COMPLETELY. this made it difficult to sleep.

equipped kitchen spacious room convenient location
i appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave. the spacious room included a huge television. i found the 24/7 availability of a washing machine in the basement very convenient. the bus stop right in front of the entrance was very helpful.

The hotel offers a substantial breakfast with diverse options. I noted several continental choices. the layout is somewhat geared towards a traditional english breakfast, with various hot items available, such as sausages and eggs.

The location is very convenient. It is near the westfield shopping centre and offers easy access to shops. the hotel is situated between two underground stations, a feature i found very useful. bus stops are available directly in front of the premises.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Room Issue
shower issue wet room
The location is excellent with the Westfield mall within walking distance.
The shower wasn't draining correctly in my room and the wet room flooded. The excess water came through to the main apartment. This was never resolved , even after reporting it.

The proximity to several subway lines was convenient. The hotel seemed relatively new with equipment for a comfortable stay (i liked it). There was an oven, a washing machine, a kitchen, a large tv and a nice shower with glass doors.
The air conditioning seemed to have issues and it did not work. This resulted in the room becoming hot (i felt it was not comfortable at all when sleeping). I did not sleep well.

convenient location excellent kitchenette halal restaurants
the hotel is right opposite westfield. i noticed a park in front of the hotel, this was very good for kids. i saw many restaurants nearby including halal options. my room included a kitchenette, a stovetop, and a microwave.
i noticed a very slight delay at check-in.

convenient stay near shepherd's bush
shopping center generous room
the hotel is very close to the westfield shopping center. shepherd's bush station is also within walking distance, about seven minutes. i found the staff to be quite friendly. the room size was generous with a large tv screen.
the gluten-free options were limited and unsatisfactory. i ordered a caesar salad, it was confirmed as gluten-free, but it arrived as just lettuce and bacon without dressing. it felt incomplete for a restaurant meal.
