The pub and restaurant were always lively. The food tasted very good. The hotel is located very well. The train station and markets are close by. I found the neighborhood quite pretty.
The breakfast was basic. My room felt a bit claustrophobic and used. It really needed refurbishment. The bathroom was ok but nothing special (I expected a bit more).

I appreciated the hotel's location near the tube station. It made getting around convenient. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions. The room included a Smeg fridge (a nice touch) and a separate shower in the bathroom. Parsons Green offered a pleasant escape. I found several shops and bakeries nearby.
The continental breakfast could have offered a slightly larger selection of items.

the location was very nice, close to the tube station. the area was very clean i noticed. staff were super friendly and accommodating and nothing seemed too much trouble.
i stayed in the garden room and it was very compact. it felt too small for a wardrobe so i needed to leave my clothes in the suitcase. also, i heard very loud building noise and drilling from behind our room that started early.

breakfast lacked variety. i noticed almost nothing to choose from on the buffet. the coffee machine made very poor coffee. it was the worst coffee i have had in years.
