The location was decent. A tube station was nearby.
The room was quite small. i honestly expected more space for a room (especially considering what i paid!). breakfast was not excellent. It lacked flavor. i asked for a croissant and heard that it would take 15 minutes. I just dropped it.

i was upgraded on arrival, so the room was quite spacious. the mini bar had complimentary soft drinks. i appreciated the historic building and easy access to transport links. the moody decor in the room added a special touch.
some staff members had an attitude that was not so pleasant. sometimes, i was not even greeted upon entering the hotel. i would have expected better attention to detail in hospitality.

Amazing Experience!!!
lovely treatsattentive staff
The room had lots of lovely treats like olives, crisps and real lemonade. The bathroom included gorgeous products and fluffy robes. I found lots of umbrellas available for free, a genuine bonus since I forgot mine. The staff was courteous and attentive.

My room felt quite cramped. Banging my head on the towel rail in the bathroom occurred when I was just picking something up. More attention to detail is needed. Reception did not realize I was a returning guest until I pointed it out.

The room was small. It made it difficult to comfortably accommodate luggage. The minibar did not cool. My request to have it changed was not fulfilled.
