street noiseoverpriced mini bar
the soundproofing wasn't great it seemed i could hear street noise quite easily even from a higher floor the noise disrupted my sleep a bit plus i found the mini bar to be quite overpriced i would have expected more reasonable prices for the selection offered this made me think twice about using it.

Really good Stay, A Perfect London Experience

The location is fantastic. The subway station is only a one-minute walk. Multiple bus stops are also easily accessible. I found many food and coffee options nearby. it is about a 20-minute walk to Harrods. The Luxury One Bedroom Open Plan Apartment was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee machine.

The staff at the reception were very warm and friendly. Sumit stood out as a consumate professional with a smile. He was always ready to help and was very knowledgeable.

Although breakfast service was unavailable, I did not miss it. I found a nice variety of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. This area did not feel particularly touristy, which I appreciated.

misleading advertisementuninterested manager
i booked a one bedroom open plan apartment (i thought it would be bigger). it was really just a studio they sell as a one bedroom, which i found misleading. when i asked about moving to a proper one bedroom, the manager said it wasn't available, even though it was advertised. i think she wasn't interested in helping at all.
