smooth stay near tower bridge

i found the staff to be attentive, specially premi, who helped with my toddler during breakfast. the free laundry was really convenient. the breakfast had good selections. the location made it easy to walk to borough market and tower bridge. i really liked the market being close for supplies.
our room, room 409, felt more smaller. i think they tried to fit the suite in a regular room. this made the room inconvenient.

The hallways had a musty odor, like mold. our bed broke in the middle of the night . getting the front desk to understand the problem was not easy. I reminded me of they weren't really listening. the a/c also seemed to be on a timer, so the room got uncomfortably hot at night.
