A Good and Practical Stay
simple app access clean room convenient shop
The app access to both the front and room doors was simple. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. I felt secure. A handy 24-hour shop across the road was useful. a Tesco Express next door.
I found no staff visible. This created a slight feeling of vulnerability when entering and exiting the space. It would be nice to have staff present.

The location is near major landmarks and public transport. A good range of food places are also very near. the team on the phones and housekeeping crew are excellent, they are friendly and helpful.
the room was very small for two people. the bathroom floor tile had a sharp crack and felt dangerous.

the room was very clean upon my arrival. soap, shampoo, and towels were available for my use. i also found a hairdryer and a kettle with teas already set up.
The photos made the place look quite large. my room was tiny. the sink was small. It was difficult to brush my teeth without making a mess. the stairs were also quite steep.

The location was near major landmarks. public transport was also very close. the guest team seemed excellent. They were friendly and helpful. they really took good care of us.
The accommodation was very small. the stairs to the mezzanine were bordering on dangerous. there was hardly any lighting in the room. It was dark and gloomy.

responsive staff late check-in support clean accommodation bus stop access
The online check-in using a wikey link worked well. i could speak to someone for late check-in support. the accommodation matched the description. It was fairly new and clean. i liked having bus stops close by. I could also walk to a tesco shop.
the room was a bit small, but i made do.

there were a few pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood, providing good choices. i tried a local pub and the food was AMAZING!!! there was also a tesco express nearby, handy for snacks.
