room temperaturemissing telephone
i found several problems with this stay. the room temperature was difficult to regulate, and it remained too warm despite my attempts to adjust it. additionally, i noted the absence of a telephone in the room. i found it particularly inconvenient because i needed to contact reception to resolve the temperature issue. this lack of direct communication was frustrating. the staff were unable to provide assistance with these issues.

The location near west brompton tube was indeed helpful for getting around. I also found the breakfast to be quite good with a decent variety. i also had dinner in the bar area and it was very satisfactory. the ground floor cafe was a plus.
on the day of arrival, there was a problem with the credit card machines though this was inconvenient. i also found the staff to be not very trusting as i had to add money to my card to ensure no issues later.
