The hotel is near Kensington Garden. It is across the road from Hyde Park. The breakfast had several choices of eggs.

An Lovely stay!
upgraded room spacious room breakfast buffet gentle staff
I got an upgraded room and appreciated the early check-in. The room was very spacious and bed EXCELLENT. I liked the walking closet and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was VERY good and included pastries, salmon, cheeses, and eggs. Gentle staff enhanced the experience. The hotel is well located near the park with shops close by.
The decor on my floor was outdated. The waste and plugs on the sinks were rusty. I heard the toilet coming up through the sink pipes.

The spa and gym looked GOOD. I did not use them. There are bus and underground stations close by. Several main museums are a short walk away.

I observed a pleasant breakfast area next to the bar. There are tables available, so it is easy to meet friends and talk. The breakfast buffet includes eggs, salmon, pastries and cheeses.

the location is excellent for exploring nearby attractions the staff offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a park view i found this very helpful. the location in kensington is also handy for the parks royal albert hall and museums all within walking distance. i enjoyed the large comfortable rooms

adequate stay, but with notable issues
tired decor insufficient supply
the location proved suitable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
I found the room decor rather tired. It certainly needs updating. the air conditioning did not function well, as it failed to adequately cool the room. This led to some discomfort . additionally, i had to request additional tea bags, sugar, and milk, as the initial supply was insufficient.

My complimentary upgrade to a suite with a park view was appreciated. the location in kensington is advantageous for the parks and museums. They are within walking distance. breakfast was delicious and made to order.
the gym facilities are quite small.
