poor insulation hard bed
the location was great, right by the sea and central to everything.
the noise was awful because the room had poor insulation. the bed was rock hard, and the toilet wasn't clean. being in the basement made it even worse!!!

convenient stay near the sea
extra drink clean sheet
the room included juice , tea and coffee. extra drinks were also provided, more than i requested. the bed was very comfortable , and the staff insisted on changing the sheets for us .

staff were available to call when needed. one staff member , wayne, kindly declined a tip when he brought extra drinks to our room. i found this to be very professional and helpful.

the location was within easy walking distance of st james' street, the beach, the city center, and kemptown. this made it easy to explore various parts of the city. it is a very central spot.

small room high noise level
The location was good, fairly close to the center.
The room was really quite small. Space was limited. The noise level was high because the accommodation was so close to other houses. These issues impacted the overall experience negatively.
