This lovely hotel is warm. Staff were efficient. My room was quiet. The breakfast has a good choice of items. The gated parking was necessary.
I was confused by the entrance because of the address. It is on the back side of the building.

the location is good for visiting local restaurants. the staff was efficient. the breakfast menu had good choices and the cooked breakfast was amazing!!! parking was tight but i got a pass for nearby street parking.
the bathroom was very small. the shower tray overflowed after very little use. the walls seemed thin and the floors creaked.

Parking was well-organized with named bays. The shower in my room was excellent (a powerful hot stream!). The hotel has a great location, especially for accessing nearby attractions.

i found the decor in my room very nice, though the room wasn't big. dining areas were nice inside and out. i found the location good for the sea front.
the shower having mould stains on the ceiling and shower tray was a real dissapointment. then an extra charge was raised, even if the hotel was pet friendly.

the room had tasteful decorations and a decent sized bathroom, it included a large bath and separate shower. the room had a comfortable bed and good lighting. amenities included a coffee machine and a selection of teas.
