comfortable room near the river
good shower friendly staff local shops
The room was clean with a good shower. the hotel is near the river itchen. I enjoyed an evening stroll after dinner. charlotte was friendly and cute. the hotel is situated near local shops and places to eat.
i noticed a minor patch of damp high up in one corner of the room. i trust it will receive attention soon.

the room was recently redecorated with new bathroom fittings. it had big windows and a very comfortable bed. the large room size was a definite plus.

there is no breakfast option in the hotel. a very nice place for breakfast is only a one minute walk away. the bar and restaurant downstairs is a separate business, but it seemed popular.

good value find
recent decoration new fitting good shower comfortable bed
the room included recent decorations and new bathroom fittings. i noted the shower had good pressure. the bed was comfortable and large. the room also included big windows, letting in plenty of light.
i noticed there was no lift, just steep stairs up to the rooms.

local shops and a few nice places to eat surround the hotel. i saw a park across the road near the river. parking was easy and available at the hotel.

a restaurant operates below the rooms and seemed popular. the bar sold african foods, though i did not try it. a nice breakfast spot was just a short walk away across the road.
