My room, a double room bath, was very clean and fresh. The location was good, the street was quiet. I found the carpet and beds were very comfy.
the room we got seemed to have a slight dog smell, but it wasn't too bad.

Allocated parking existed. This secured space was a welcome aspect of the stay.
The room reeked of dog. I was moved, but the odor returned later that night. This is unacceptable if you do not have a dog, as the smell is quite distinct. the towels provided were not of sufficient quality.

The room was a good size with nice chairs. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked, AMAZING!!! The staff were all very friendly. I managed to park right outside on the street.
The room we had smelt slightly of damp, it was a very minor issue.

the signage could be clearer, particularly regarding check in location at a different hotel.
