The Kensington Hideaway features air-conditioned double and single rooms. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safe deposit box, carpeted floors, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rooms also provide a coffee machine, tea and coffee facilities, a work desk, an electric kettle, ironing facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Some rooms have one bed, while twin rooms offer two beds. Laptop-compatible safes and laptop-friendly workspaces are available.

Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, and a lift. The Hotel provide personnel to assist in carrying, directing, placing, installing or setting up the Client's Property.

Bedrooms are usually available from 2pm local time on the day of arrival. Departure is by 11am local time. The hotel operates a multi-camera CCTV system in public areas for safety and investigative purposes. CCTV footage is kept for approximately 90 days and deleted once a case is completed. Safety features include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a Client, Guest or representative entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
