The hotel's location proved convenient (it was close to transport links). Check-in was seamless, requiring no interaction with staff due to the online code system. I also appreciated the heating system. The water pressure in the shower was good.
I noticed a strong fragrance in the room. The carpet, though cleaned, was unhygienic with several stains. (I feel some hooks would be useful). There was no toilet brush available in the bathroom.

convenient stay near underground
easy entry clean room electric heater
entry was easy using codes, no keys needed. i found the room clean. there was a hairdryer. there were plenty of sockets in my room, over nine in total. the electric heater worked good.
the hallway carpets did have stains. the room lacked emergency exit information. luggage storage had a single, unchanging code for everyone.

metro station cleanliness equipment comfortable entry
the location was great next door to the metro station i found the cleanliness of the room equipment in good condition unlocking doors via codes worked comfortably i found it easy
i noticed a very strong fragrance smell in the room it was too intense

handy location, a rough edge here and there
handy location comfy bed tea service
the location proved handy for my explorations. the tube station access was immediate. the room was warm, and i found the bed to be quite comfy. i appreciated the provided tea and coffee.
my room was showing some wear. there were some stains on the carpet. the bathroom vents lack proper function. i noticed some marks on walls too.

the room featured two armchairs plus a tea table. it includes a wooden bench and a work table with a chair. there were multiple sockets available, totaling at least nine.

free wi-fi was available, a convenience i surely appreciate. the hotel is located above the borough station, very easy to spot. staff are responsive and provides immediate help, a value.

adequate stay with some issues
moldy grout loud noise
the room had a pretty noticeable smell of mildew it seemed to be coming from the bathroom area the shower grout was discolored with what looked like mold the carpet looked stained and not very clean i also found that the noise from outside was quite loud. i could hear street traffic and people talking late into the night this made it difficult to sleep soundly

an acceptable experience
great location good equipment small room no hand soap
the location IS superb. it is right next to the tube station. unlocking doors via codes worked fine. i found the room equipment in good condition.
the room was very small. the bathroom did not have a window. there was also NO hand soap provided, which i think is terrible.
