decent stay Overall
great location comfy bed back garden small room no dishwasher no cleaning
the location was GOOD, close to underground station. i found a lovely back garden area there. it was great to get some fresh air. the bed WAS very comfy, and i had a great nights sleep.
the room was small. i didn't notice any cleaning for a WEEK. there wasn't any dishwasher. the room wasnt easily accessible with LUGGAGE.

Excellent stay!
perfect location really good comfort tranquil oasis
The location proved perfect! The bed offered really good comfort. An outside garden provided a tranquil oasis within the city. The presence of a lift added convenience. I found the code-operated doors eliminated the need for keys.
The room became uncomfortably warm. I attempted to cool it by turning off the radiators and opening the window, but the temperature remained high. A fan provided little relief, resulting in a poor night's sleep.

The hotel features a laundry room. This room has three washing machines and two dryers. There is also a shared kitchen available , equipped with an oven, a microwave, and several cooking utensils. I found these amenities very helpful.

fantastic studio stay!
ample facilities convenient location friendly staff great tv
I was really pleased the studio had ample facilities for cooking and cleaning! the location was very convenient. Nice bars and stores are super close. the staff was friendly and helpful, and i appreciated the great tv with access to netflix. i will definitely stay here again, it's such a gem!
the hot water went out one morning, and i had to take a cold shower. it wasn't the end of the world, but a bit annoying.

the studio included a comfortable king size bed and a nice range of complimentary toiletries. the wifi speed test results showed over 250 mbps.

the kitchenette was well equipped with good quality equipment and very clean! the grove pub is conveniently located opposite the hotel, with a nice spot for a cosy drink after a long day.

the apartment was close to the tube station and many shops i found the kitchen had everything i needed plus the bed was super comfortable i slept so well the room had adjustable heating

a balanced stay
great location clean room inconsistent temperature warm room
the location is great. i was a short walk to the tube station. the room was really clean and had the amenities i needed.
the shower had a problem with the temperature. the temperature went from hot to cold and it was not constant. the room was also too warm and needed air con, but the hotel only gave a fan.
