helpful concierge convenient location
the concierge team was helpful. i found the hotel very convenient to the belgravia area. i felt very comfortable in my room. it really seemed like home.
i noticed an additional charge on my bill during payment. the hotel system added this as extra charges.

comfortable room great location personal welcome excellent restaurants
I loved the comfortable and adequately sized room. The location provided excellent value. The bell boy welcomed me back, a nice touch for a returning guest. The hotel is near many great restaurants and the best residential areas.

The sister hotel offers a spa plus a pool with dedicated kids' times. It is just two minutes away. Valet parking adds convenience. The breakfast room has a comfortable green sofa and beautiful pink and purple flowers.

My room was very spacious plus spotlessly clean. It had two separate sinks. The room included a great rainfall shower. The hotel provided a teepee in the room as a surprise for my daughter.

The breakfast room was charming! i saw a comfortable green sofa there. wonderful pink and purple flowers decorated the buffet. It was so pretty!!!
