the staff was very friendly and helpful, which i appreciated. the room was also quite spacious, i really liked that. its cleanliness was very good too. i found that very important.
the shower needed some serious attention though. also, the tea and coffee were not topped up . i found that a bit annoying. the parking arrangements were a bit stressful to.

i found A FEW things less than ideal. The bathroom sink drained slowly, somewhat annoying. the hallway lighting WAS dim, i practically needed a torch to find my room at night. It all felt a bit like they rushed the final touches.

I found the staff helpful and professional. They assisted with storing several bottles and provided ice for cool bags. The breakfast included a thoughtfully prepared menu, I had lots of choice. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is close to shops and other pubs.
The room was slightly noisy as I could hear sounds from outside and from the corridor.

The room included a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. The bathroom was a good size, and it included a shower over the bath. The shower was powerful and consistently provided hot water, which I appreciated.
