the location was quite convenient near the tube station.
the room service was slow one day i waited over an hour for a simple order the minibar was not properly stocked missing several items i expected a quicker response and better attention to detail for the price paid

a charming home away from home
perfect locationbus stoptube station
the location was perfect to explore many popular sites. a hop on hop off bus stop was directly across the street. the tube station was also close by. i could walk to many places.
the hairdryer in the bathroom could use an upgrade it seems old.

the small bar area served breakfast though i ate out each morning. i did have a few drinks there in the evening. the library bar provided a low key relaxed atmosphere for enjoying tea and other beverages.

the staff were warm and friendly and welcomed me. aural and ken were helpful. the hotel staff proved most helpful. they showed genuine care and professionalism throughout my stay.

the room had great amenities like shaving and dental kits. the hotel kept everything well maintained. the bathroom felt luxurious and included nice toiletries. the building had charming decor inside.
