The location was convenient (close to many attractions).
I had to force the doors open, and this triggered a panic attack. I felt uncomfortable, so i decided to check out immediately and return home. It was a really unfortunate experience.

The receptionist remembered previous stays and offered complimentary breakfast. A thoughtful gesture. The hotel decor and room size stood out. The service from all staff members was consistently amazing. I found valet parking very handy.
My window was impossible to see through. It had scaffolding and a thick layer of dirt. I requested to move rooms or have the windows cleaned, but I was told it was not possible.

Really good Decor and Prime Location

I appreciated the welcome drink I received upon arrival. The staff members were friendly and cute. I found the location to be great. The decor and facilities in the room were appealing.
The window in my room was difficult to see out of. Scaffolding covered the window, and a layer of dirt blocked the light. I requested a room change or window cleaning, but my request was denied.
