The location was close to the venue. I was able to walk there easily.
the check-in process was slow and disorganized. i waited in a long queue for about 40 minutes because there were too few staff at the desks and they made small talk with other guests. also, the parking fee of £15 felt excessive, especially since business users get a discounted rate.

Fantastic Stay Near the Venue!

The hotel's proximity to the P&J Live arena was fantastic. The rooms were a good size with luxurious touches and comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the waterfall shower (such a treat!).
The cooked breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

The room was super clean and modern! the location is great for accessing the p&j live arena, i loved that. friendly staff helped with all my questions. They made everything easy. i found the bar had a great selection of drinks and a fun atmosphere, too.

The hotel is in a great location near the P&J Live venue. It made attending the show very convenient. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I had to pay for parking upon arrival at 11 PM, even though I checked out at 11 AM. The room was on the first floor, so I could hear noise from the bar after midnight. I found the room to be quite basic.
