Decent stay near city centre

great location city center tidy room clean room hot room adjustable temperature scrambled eggs empty buffet buffet items

The hotel has a GREAT location near the city center. It took me less than ten minutes to walk to the railway station. My room was also tidy and clean. I enjoyed the unlimited breakfast buffetwith sausage, bacon, and hash browns.

I found some issues . The rooms got too HOT, and I couldn't adjust the temperature.

My Standard King Room Non-Smoking was spacious. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room were useful. The reception staff were both friendly and very helpful .

I found a strong air freshener smell in the walkway.

i found the room size adequate and the breakfast very generous. the chef present on sunday was efficient and handled customer requests professionally. the hotel location offers convenient access to both ponds forge international and the city centre.

i noticed a false nail under a chair indicating the room cleanliness requires improvement. the shower faucet was dripping causing water wastage. air conditioning would enhance comfort particularly during warmer periods.

comfortable beds excellent breakfast convenient parking

i found the hotel very clean and tidy. the beds were very comfortable too. i was fortunate to find a parking space for £10 for 24 hours though i know that can be tricky. breakfast had an excellent choice and it tasted very good.

The location is ideal. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The room was bigger than expected. It had a shower over the bath. The room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. There was also toast, fresh fruit and cereal available.

the bed, it was massive and very comfy. a good selection was at breakfast. the room was clean, quiet, with a good view. i find the hotel really good.

lovely variety kind manager

the breakfast included a lovely variety of items. there was full english, fruits, cereal, juices and pastries available. the manager, jeffrey, was very kind. he ensured i was comfortable and even made eggs when they ran out on the first morning.

i couldn't get the voucher for the nearby car park discount. it was slightly inconvenient but manageable.
