i found the room size adequate and the breakfast very generous. the chef present on sunday was efficient and handled customer requests professionally. the hotel location offers convenient access to both ponds forge international and the city centre.

i noticed a false nail under a chair indicating the room cleanliness requires improvement. the shower faucet was dripping causing water wastage. air conditioning would enhance comfort particularly during warmer periods.

i found the hotel very clean and tidy. the beds were very comfortable too. i was fortunate to find a parking space for £10 for 24 hours though i know that can be tricky. breakfast had an excellent choice and it tasted very good.

lovely varietykind manager

the breakfast included a lovely variety of items. there was full english, fruits, cereal, juices and pastries available. the manager, jeffrey, was very kind. he ensured i was comfortable and even made eggs when they ran out on the first morning.

i couldn't get the voucher for the nearby car park discount. it was slightly inconvenient but manageable.
