The location is quite acceptable given its proximity to various amenities.
I found the room to be quite stuffy. Ventilation was inadequate. the bathroom layout felt cramped, and the shower pressure was regrettably weak. The lack of adequate ventilation made it UNCOMFORTABLE, especially overnight.

the room decor felt fresh and updated. the bed provided great comfort for restful sleep i found ample and useful furniture in the space. coffee and tea making facilities were very convenient.
the shower temperature was not adjustable which was a very minor inconvenience.

The room felt quite worn. i saw dust and a broken lamp. the wardrobe door nearly fell off. It needs fixing.

The single room was quite small. It barely had enough space for moving around. I waited a long time for my meal one evening (it was overcooked when it finally arrived). The bed was also uncomfortably firm (I didn't sleep well).
