The location was great. It was very close to the sea front, cafes, pubs and restaurants. shops and transportation were within easy walking distance too. the hotel was very clean, a lovely stay indeed.
the cleaner seemed to have left early, the room wasn't hoovered, and the mirror had prints. wallpaper was peeling off with big mould patches underneath, and the ceiling was peeling off. there was rusty soap holder and mould in the bathroom.

the friendly staff coordinated very well with us. george and jaimie deserve special recognition for their excellent service. their assistance greatly contributed to a smooth and pleasant stay.

The hotel's proximity to the seaside was a major plus. Our room offered a great view. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Check-in involved a short walk to a sister hotel, but the process was straightforward.
The room had some maintenance issues. Most plugs did not function. There was no remote for the TV. It impacted my experience slightly.

The location proved very convenient for exploring local attractions. The Great Orme tram is just down the street. I found the staff helpful, especially with information on local discounts. The room offered a pier view and was suitable for children.
I noticed the hotel shows signs of needing updates, such as the decor, but it didn't significantly affect my visit
