While some rooms provide impressive sea views, others may not meet expectations for cleanliness or repair. For travelers prioritizing proximity to attractions and accepting basic accommodations, this hotel presents an affordable option, particularly given the inclusion of free parking.”

Pleasant Stay near the Seaside

great vieweasy accessstraightforward processmaintenance issue
The hotel's proximity to the seaside was a major plus. Our room offered a great view. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Check-in involved a short walk to a sister hotel, but the process was straightforward.
The room had some maintenance issues. Most plugs did not function. There was no remote for the TV. It impacted my experience slightly.
Rooms
8/10
The room was generally clean enough. It featured some dated decor. The TV was new. The room was reasonably spacious offering a comfortable stay.

Satisfactory stay close to main attractions

convenient locationhelpful staffpier viewoutdated decor
The location proved very convenient for exploring local attractions. The Great Orme tram is just down the street. I found the staff helpful, especially with information on local discounts. The room offered a pier view and was suitable for children.
I noticed the hotel shows signs of needing updates, such as the decor, but it didn't significantly affect my visit
Rooms
8/10
The room included tea and coffee facilities, a kettle, and access to an iron with an ironing board. The en suite bathroom had standard fittings. Bed linen was super clean, and an extra fan was provided, which i appreciated because the weather was quite hot.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel operates a café downstairs. I used it for a quick breakfast because it offered a practical alternative, as breakfast wasn't served in the hotel at the time.
Service
9/10
I found the staff honest and upfront about the ongoing refurbishment. They provided clear instructions about reception hours. A staff member named Dominic was particularly helpful. Communication was efficient, and i am thankful
