my room featured views of wimbledon common and it was very clean. the staff were consistently wonderful friendly and helpful. a lady at reception remembered me from a previous visit this added a personal touch. i definitely recommend staying here its close to many amenities and offers a relaxing location.
the two sink bowls in the bathroom were set too far back from the front of the counter this made them slightly less convenient to use.

The location was super peaceful. It sits right on a lovely park. the staff seemed friendly. i found the food pretty good too. the hotel provided a great, peaceful experience.
I saw several discarded room service trays in the corridor. These remained there all evening.

i found the bed cozy, the bathroom included a large, deep bathtub with a nice shower. dinner the first night was excellent, and room service the second night was great too. we walked many times in the grounds and eaten in the orangery.

the hotel features exquisite grounds located on the edge of three large parks. there is ample car parking space available, including blue badge parking right outside the door. downstairs was easy to navigate using a wheelchair.

the hotel is near wimbledon village, only a short distance away. the location was like being home from home, it was so special. it made family meetings easier, especially since some family live in wimbledon village and weybridge.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the beds are particularly comfortable and i slept very well. breakfast was tasty with lots of choice and i found clean cotton sheets on the bed, this was really nice after a long day.
i paid extra to upgrade from standard to beautiful room. the wardrobe had hardly any space for clothes due a fridge, security box, ironing board taking up most of the space.

The room was clean and the bed felt comfortable. I found the linen and towels to be of great quality. The staff members were friendly and eager to help with any requests. The restaurant and surrounding grounds were lovely. I would recommend this hotel.
The parking cost felt a bit much since it was an additional charge per night. It would be better if parking was included in the overall room price.

the setting was quite lovely. the staff assisted well. the room had ample space and was clean. i liked the proximity to the park right behind the hotel, it was perfect for a morning stroll.
The decor seemed a bit old. i also noticed some mould on the sealant in the bathroom. the floorboards in the corridor creaked considerably. It was slightly bothersome.
