This apartment was spacious and offered a welcome return after four years. The staff provided kindness, help with every need, and answers to every question.. The location proved superb. I appreciated the assistance received with various requests and found it promptly addressed.
I found the windows could use some attention, exhibiting signs of wear and tear. the living room rug didn't seem too clean, which slightly detracted from the otherwise pleasant environment.

adequate stay in a prime location

The location is fantastic. Everything is within easy reach. staff are accommodating and i could leave my luggage after checkout. the apartment has all the essentials, even dressing gowns and different kinds of milk. it's spacious enough for two in the one-bedroom apartment, with air conditioning for comfort.
The door code rarely worked. I HAD to call reception to open it most of the time. there was no lift, and i was on level 3, meaning a climb of 60 steps. the furnishings in the room were quite dated.

the location was good, especially with easy access to shops and restaurants.
My experience was frustrating, particularly because there was no elevator. Our room was on the fifth floor! the bathroom was also quite small. it was not a pleasant surprise.

the location is fantastic and very convenient. the team at reception were helpful with check in. i found my room to be clean and spacious for two people. the staff also assisted with getting my luggage to the room.
i would've preferred an elevator. it was difficult carrying my luggage up the stairs.

the suite has a desk, a kitchen, a large bathroom, and a bedroom with lots of storage. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. linens and towels are of good quality and replaced regularly by housekeeping.

staff responded quickly to requests and helped with luggage. the reception team was friendly upon arrival. the daily cleaning service kept the rooms tidy with new towels. they were very polite.
