Super Hotel Stay!

The team at reception was really kind from check in until I left. Breakfast had a wide range of foods and the food was very good! I liked the elevator the hotel had and the room was very quiet at night. Laundry service was easy because the staff stored our luggage for us on our last day. Great service indeed!

The reception personnel are kind and helpful with every request. Staff responded quickly to requests and were always polite. I like how the team always ensures I have what I need.

My room felt quite cramped, space was definitely at a premium there. i also found that the cleanliness was not up to standard. I noticed stains on the bathroom wall. the staff seemed rather dismissive when i raised my concerns about these issues.

The location provided easy access to public transport. The bus stop outside the front door made it simple to get around. I appreciated the quick wifi with upload and download speeds around 800mbps. The staff efficiently addressed requests for additional tea bags.
The room felt somewhat small and the elevator was a little slow.

I found the location amazing because it was a short walk to the subway station. the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. It was plentiful and tasty.
The room was very small. Clothing storage was quite limited. i would not want to stay there for more than a couple of nights.

The hotel features a lift for all five floors. This is GREAT for everyone. i observed a luggage storage area where i could leave my bags. several tv channels were available in my room.

Albina's kindness made everything smoother, . the location was convenient. I found bus stops very close, a definite plus. the breakfast offered enough options, simple and satisfying. i found this hotel a treasure of quiet moments.
the room was a tad smaller than anticipated, but manageable.
