the breakfast choices were wonderful with items cooked to order , and i especially enjoyed the porridge with fresh berries. the staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and helpfulness . i also appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process at reception. andrea.
my room was quite small , barely accommodating luggage. parking involved using a third-party operator , requiring a ten-minute walk from the hotel. the parking charges were applied hourly rather than daily.

check-in was super quick and easy. the staff were so friendly, they offered me a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, it had a really nice seating area. i especially enjoyed the fresh flowers in the lobby, they added a touch of elegance.

The Chelsea King room included high-end bed linen. I also noticed the room had a large bath and lots of high end bath items. An espresso machine and many teas were also available.
The room lacked available outlets for charging iPhones or iPads.
