Pleasant stay, good value
good value accessible train
I was pleased with the value for money. the air conditioning worked well, a lifesaver during the heat. the location was good. I found public transport like the train very accessible to the city center.
i found communication from the hotel a bit lacking. the responses felt very generic. i felt that it could use a personal touch.

the hotel is near brent west station. this provides quick routes into the center. there is also a bus stop very close, a very practical option.

check-in was simple. it was easy to get settled after i arrived. however, the communication felt impersonal and more generic than i expected.

i was happy to find a kitchenette. this had a microwave, hotplate, and fridge. this helped for preparing small meals and snacks and cut costs.

weak pressure damaged pans
The shower pressure was very weak. It was difficult to wash my hair. The kitchenette pans were damaged. They were not usable with the stove so I could not cook any meals

poor phone service unresponsive staff
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable I found the location convenient to the station.
The hotel did not respond promptly to messages. I waited outside for access The phone service was very bad, so I couldn't reach anyone. Despite these issues, they still tried to charge me even though I never accessed the room. I consider this unacceptable customer service and a very bad experience
