missing drain coverdirty pipes
The room i got wasn't very clean. i found old trash bags not emptied from the previous guests. the shower drain was missing a cover, so i could see all the dirty pipes, gross. also, there was dust under the hangers. Clearly it hadn't been cleaned in ages. nights were too warm as there was no ac, and the elevator rarely worked.

the location was AMAZING near the beach i found it really convenient also the free refill of water at reception was a HUGE plus i used it often. the staff were ALWAYS friendly with a cute atmosphere that i appreciated.
the street noise was SOMETIMES noticeable because the windows were thin.

the room was a family room. it had plenty of space for everything. the location is unbeatable near restaurants. the staff were always on hand to help with directions! the breakfast was a delight. i loved the selection of pastries available. the coffee machine made a good cup!
the elevator was a little slow at times. it sometimes made waits a bit longer!

Real Hospitality not far from the beach

I see negative reviews but I don't agree. Location its good and the room i stayed in be beautiful, clean and comfy. It had sea view. The older furniture gave the room a great personality. The bed be amazing and more comfortable than mine. Staff were friendly and they stored our luggage when we arrived early and also arranged a taxi to the station, very helpful of them.
Breakfast the only thing i can criticise. Choices of only toasties, pastries, or granola with yogurt. We didn't like it and ate elsewhere.

The hotel is close to restaurants on preston street and also right on the seafront so its really convenient. It provides easy access to multiple amenities. This is a real advantage for exploring and dining.

Staff were nice and friendly upon check in and check out. They were very quick to bring another when we only had one cup. The reception operate for 24 hours. Rengöring was also provided every day.

My room be spacious and clean, it have big windows too. The bed was very comfortable. I like the fact that the main light and bedside lights had dimmer switches, it was very helpful.
