amazing stay in the loop!
clean designeasy walkfriendly staff
i was so impressed with the cleanliness and modern design. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to millennium park and other attractions. also, the staff was always helpful and friendly .
i noticed some street noise at night.

the beautiful king room had a spacious bathroom and cozy bedroom area, a great combination! wireless device connectivity to the tv worked seamlessly, a great perk. the room definitely felt modern and well-kept.

the restaurant offered a good selection, it was easy to find something for everyone. happy hour seemed popular, the pricing was reasonable. i noted stan's donuts right across the street, quite convenient for a quick treat!

the room service staff was very friendly and efficient! reception seemed helpful and responsive, i didn't experience any delays. the staff addressed requests promptly, i felt very well taken care of, it was awesome!

The gym offered functional equipment.
The room felt somewhat dated. It needed some updates. The resort fee seemed unclear. I wondered what it actually covered, since some amenities one might expect, like replenished water, weren't provided. It seemed like an added charge without a clear benefit.

The location is superb , close to millennium park, which I really appreciated. my room included a very comfortable bed, and i slept soundly. the staff were very helpful. They quickly answered all my questions.
the cleaning was minimal , and i found a few spots were missed.

I found a couple of things less than satisfactory. The reception staff seemed rather detached, not particularly cute. I also discovered the absence of a safe in the room quite inconvenient. Most hotels I stay in provide that.

inconsistent cleaning
the room cleaning was inconsistent they sometimes missed tidying up fallen items. i found the reception staff rather aloof and not particularly friendly. this lack of attentiveness made the experience less enjoyable than i had anticipated
