wonderful stay in a great location

i found the cooked breakfast beautiful each morning with quality local ingredients. the owners, scott and lynn, were helpful. they were cute with their labrador poppy. the location is close to babbacombe downs with amazing views.

the on-street parking required a little patience at peak times, though i always found a spot within a short walk.

The television remote was missing a button. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot during my showers! It made adjusting the water difficult. the breakfast, though adequate, lacked variety.

lynn and scott run the business. lin is great. this place is placed well for walks to st marychurch attractions. babbacombe theatre and restaurants are close too.

room three was small. the toilet and shower room was small as well. breakfast was ok but not amazing. it was notably more expensive than other places in the area.
