Corduroy Inn and Lodge offers rooms and suites across two buildings: the Corduroy Inn and the Corduroy Lodge (opened in Nov 2020). The combined property has 42 guest units, including Studio Hotel Rooms, Loft Units, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suites. Corduroy Inn rooms feature stone fireplaces and reclaimed barn wood headboards, bathrooms include heated tile floors and soaking tubs. The Lodge offers studio hotel rooms and suites; all suites have kitchens and can adjoin to a studio. Lodge suites offer western views with balconies. All rooms at both locations have espresso machines and fine linens. Dog-friendly options are available in designated Inn Studio Loft and Inn Studio Hotel Rooms, which include a king bed or 1 queen bed. All rooms provide Wi-Fi and HD satellite TV.

The Corduroy Inn has three onsite dining options. Appalachia Kitchen serves modern American cuisine and sources local ingredients. Tuque's Bar & Grill offers pizza and drinks, with beers on tap and inventive cocktails. A wood-fired pizza shop makes pizza with in-house dough. The fourth-floor banquet hall in the Corduroy Lodge serves breakfast from 8 AM to 10:30 AM and is open to guests (additional guests over age 12 are $16/person/night. Children 12 and under are free during winter season only). Chef Scott prepares personalized brunch menus. The hotel supports local and regional farms for food sourcing. The resort's Main Village rotates its open restaurants every day of the week during the summer.

Corduroy Inn is located at Snowshoe Mountain, close to the slopes. Split Rock Pools, including a sauna and hot tub, are 3 km away. The hotel has a workout facility with a stationary bike, an elliptical machine, a treadmill, and a Universal Gym. Guests can enjoy the trails serviced by the Ballhooter chairlift.
