I experienced a mixed stay at this hotel, as the check-in process was incredibly frustrating, taking 12 hours and causing a lot of stress. While the pool area is attractive and the gym is well-equipped, I felt the dining options could be more diverse, and the parking situation was inconvenient. Overall, it has potential, but there are significant improvements needed to make it a truly great experience.
