Our stay at the Omni in Atlanta was a mixed bag. The hotel has a fantastic location right by the CNN Center and close to State Farm Arena, making it super convenient for attending events. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par, and long wait times for the valet service were frustrating. While the rooms were decent, we had a few hiccups with maintenance. Overall, it's a good option, but better service would enhance the experience significantly.
