stellar stay near everything
convenient access good selection spacious layout plush pillows
i appreciated the convenient access to nearby attractions i walked to a number of restaurants and shops. the hotel bar provided a good selection of drinks and appetizers in a relaxed setting. my room had a spacious layout there was ample room to work and relax. i found the bed very comfortable the pillows were plush and supportive.
the ice machine on my floor was temporarily out of service requiring a trip to another level.

the hotel sits close to several popular spots i easily reached notable landmarks and entertainment venues. public transportation stops were located just a short walk away offering convenient travel options. the area felt safe i could walk around at night without concern.

excellent stay in a king room
helpful staff amazing food great decor
eric checked me in and was helpful to me. he recommended their in house food court. the food court included options for any appetite including tacos and soul food. the decor was great and the room was quiet. i will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
i found the price of valet parking to be high. the parking cost was a significant expense. i hope they reconsider the pricing for hotel guests.

Fantastic Midtown stay
cute staff friendly employees prime location
I found the staff to be cute. The valet parking employees were friendly. I enjoyed my conversations with them each morning. I also appreciated the hotel's prime location and the staff were great too ensure my comfort.
The mini refrigerator in my room was not sufficiently cold, inconvenient. there was no microwave available, and the hotel charged $25 to rent one. I found this particularly inconvenient.

The hotel features valet parking, though it costs $70 per day. There is a lobby bar with a bartender and a breakfast area that serves a selection of food. I did NOT see a spa open.

The Skyline King room includes a mini refrigerator, though it barely gets cold. There was no microwave in the room. The hotel rents them for $25. There was a big gap between the door and the wall.

The hotel has a great location in Midtown. It is connected to Colony Square, convenient. The hotel is within walking distance to the Woodruff Arts Center. WHOLE foods is also accessible on foot.

The valet parking service personnel were friendly and cute. The customer service, in general, was amazing. The front desk sent someone with a plunger to fix the sink, but offered no empathy or discount.

A Good STAY!
cafe employees hot cappuccino
I was VERY happy with the cafe employees. They made a vegetarian breakfast burrito just for me. it was fabulous. my cappuccino was perfect. It was NICE and hot.
there was no microwave in the room. i had to pay EXTRA to get one. this seemed a little unreasonable for the cost of the room.

the room was clean and well appointed. it had lovely decor and offered a nice view of the city. there were extra towels when we asked for them and the overall value was good.

the cafe on the first floor offers a chef, who will make custom vegetarian breakfast burritos upon request. also, the lobby bar is a really nice place. drinks and food orders are taken with great care.

parking is available in a garage connected to the hotel. keep in mind that parking is at least $30 per day. the check-in process was effortless and the front desk staff are wonderful.

the hotel was easy to navigate the staff were easy to work with
i encountered problems with the valet service i waited a long time even after giving notice i found the lack of organization frustrating the parking fee of $70 per day seemed excessive considering i was a hotel guest it reminded me of price gouging
